Description: Alle hunebedden in Nederland. De Nederlandse hunebedden liggen bijna allemaal in Drenthe (52 stuks) en een klein deel in Groningen (2 stuks). Ze zijn geconcentreerd in de regio van de Hondsrug, een zandrug die loopt van Emmen richting de stad Groningen. Verspreid over de Drentse heide en bossen, zoals rondom plaatsen als Borger, Emmen, Havelte en Rolde. Een route langs de Hondsrug staat ook wel bekend als de Hunebed Highway. Grootste hunebed is hunebed D27. Deze ligt direct naast het Hunebedcentrum in Borger (Drenthe) en is met zijn 22,6 meter het grootste exemplaar van Nederland. Het enige originele Groningse hunebed op een vaste locatie (G1) ligt in het dorp Noordlaren. Het tweede hunebed in deze provincie is opgegraven uit de klei en staat in een museum in Delfzijl. Deze laatste staat niet op de kaart.
